【Responsibilities】:
- Prospect and build pipeline.
- Develop,negotiate, and close new business opportunities with online retailers.
- Help to provide account management and direction to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and revenue growth with existing customers.
- Increase revenues by developing, communicating and driving effective selling strategies based on valid, customer-specific value propositions.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline of all opportunities, contacts and account history and provide appropriate communication of such to the company management.
- Manage contracts and agreements to ensure that expectations are being established, communicated, and met.
- Meet and exceed individual annual quotas for contracts/revenue.


【Requirements】:
- 3-5 years B2C Cross-border e-commerce sales team management experience.
- 3-5 years experience selling software or other solutions-based technology offerings, preferably SaaS.
- Proven success in penetrating and developing accounts in the interest of identifying key decision makers.
- Experience selling in a remote capacity, utilizing technology such as WebEx to demonstrate software and further articulate the value proposition.
- Experience selling to retailers and manufacturing companies ideal.
- Account management experience helpful.
- Online media / marketing / channel experience a plus (knowledge of SEM, PPC technology and services).
- Experience carrying and achieving toward a high annual revenue quota.
- University degree required, relevant disciplines preferred.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin or Cantonese.

【职位描述】：
1. 研究基于sponsored search， content match和behavior targeting的广告匹配技术和数据挖掘任务，提升广告相关性。
2. 根据用户的行为结合机器学习的模型推送适合展现给用户的相关广告。
3. 研究合适的竞价模型并实现，帮助用户合理的进行在线广告的投资。
4. 通过优化广告在广告位的展现，实现在线广告的利益最大化。

【职位要求】：
1. 扎实的编码能力与算法基础。熟悉Linux平台下的C/C++语言开发，掌握stl的使用。
2. 深刻理解并熟练掌握机器学习、统计学、数据挖掘的算法和技术。
3. 至少掌握 Perl / Python / Linux Shell 中的一种。
4. 有相关的 自然语言处理 / 数据挖掘 / 机器学习 / 广告竞价理论 / 优化理论的研究和项目经验者优先。
5. 有较强的学习能力，并且能够快速实现数学模型。
6. 创新精神，对互联网领域有热情。

Title: Machine Learning Engineer

【Responsibilities】:
1. Analysis in advertising match technology and data mining based on sponsored search, content match and behavior targeting to improve the advertising relevance.
2. Select suitable relevant advertising to the audiences according to the users’ behavior combined with the machine learning model.
3. Analyze and realize the suitable bidding model to help the reasonable investment of the online advertising for clients.
4.  Maximize the online advertising interests by optimizing the display.

【Requirements】:
1.Solid coding and algorithm ability. Strong programming experience in C/C++ under Linux platform. Master user of stl.
2.Proficient understanding as well as expert user in machine learning, statistics, data mining algorithm and technology.
3.Good skills in at least 1 programming language including Perl/Python/Linux Shell.
4.Proven research and project experience in natural language processing/data mining/machine learning/advertising bidding theory/optimization theory will be preferred.
5.Quick learner and can achieve the mathematic model rapidly.
6.Innovative and passionate to the internet field.
7.Master’s degree or above with major in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Electronic Engineering and others related.
