中国区销售经理,负责整个中国区业务拓展团队管理。年薪40-60万。
工作地点:上海。
有过ebay、paypal、amazon、dhgate、速卖通、google工作经验者优先考虑。需要英语流利。
【Responsibilities】:
- Prospect and build pipeline.
- Develop,negotiate, and close new business opportunities with online retailers.
- Help to provide account management and direction to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and revenue growth with existing customers.
- Increase revenues by developing, communicating and driving effective selling strategies based on valid, customer-specific value propositions.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline of all opportunities, contacts and account history and provide appropriate communication of such to the company management.
- Manage contracts and agreements to ensure that expectations are being established, communicated, and met.
- Meet and exceed individual annual quotas for contracts/revenue.
【Requirements】:
- 3-5 years B2C Cross-border e-commerce sales team management experience.
- 3-5 years experience selling software or other solutions-based technology offerings, preferably SaaS.
- Proven success in penetrating and developing accounts in the interest of identifying key decision makers.
- Experience selling in a remote capacity, utilizing technology such as WebEx to demonstrate software and further articulate the value proposition.
- Experience selling to retailers and manufacturing companies ideal.
- Account management experience helpful.
- Online media / marketing / channel experience a plus (knowledge of SEM, PPC technology and services).
- Experience carrying and achieving toward a high annual revenue quota.
- University degree required, relevant disciplines preferred.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin or Cantonese.
