Job Description        Responsible for account based service delivery management.


• Provide end to end service delivery management for assigned account
• Whole lifecycle responsible for the matter/project in assigned account including but not limited to opportunity involvement/engagement, bid involvement/engagement, project & operation responsible.
• Customer satisfaction, service quality and cost optimization orientation. Based on the contract, responsible to provide customer satisfied and high quality service, and continuously improve the service quality and manage/optimized the cost.
• As the interface to customer, responsible to manage customer satisfaction and handle the further request/requirement together with account manager/sales manager.
• Internally, responsible for delivery coordination to control/optimized the cost, and reach the SLA obligation.

Location and travel request:
Base Beijing
Qualification, experience, skill required:        • 5 years working experience in IT industry, over 4 years good working experience and deep knowledge in service delivery management & project management. PMP certification and overseas working experience is a plus.
• ITIL process usage experience and certification is a plus.
• Strong ownership, positive and initiate & proactive
• Strong leadership and soft skill, excellent communication & presentation & negotiation skill.
• At least bachelor degree/equivalent.
• Good command in English language, spoken and written
