Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Decision Making Authority: Outline the primary responsibilities of the position and the authority level of the position (i.e., budget approval)
• Support business function in using and/or adapting global CNH processes
• Support business function in designing and optimizing local processes if required
• Support application specific implementation of business requirements
• Support local users in daily use of business applications
• Tech supports to all new SAP PP users
• Support SAP master data management
• Interface to regional and global organization for the respective business process area
• External and internal audit support on IS systems
Job Requirements and qualifications: Describe the basic requirements of the position
Include: previous functional experience (# of years), technical skills/knowledge, management experience (# of years), key business experiences (i.e., turnarounds, P&L responsibility, international, start-ups), certifications, education, licensing
• Comprehensive business process knowledge in one of the following areas:
o Commercial: Sales, Marketing, After Sales
o Support & Central Functions: Finance, Supply Chain
o Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality, Integrated Product Development
• Deep knowledge of at least one ERP system in one of the above mentioned functional areas, SAP preferred.
• Have manufacturing knowledge and understand interface between PDM and PP
• Clear knowledge about manufacturing engineering and execution processes
• High experienced in cross function communication and cooperation
• High experienced in large IT projects and program management
• Experienced in international implementations in systems and change management
• Experienced in designing business processes using standardized and best practice methodologies e. g. BPMN
• Experienced in managing projects processes using standardized and best practice methodologies e. g. PRINCE2
•
Additional job requirements (if any): Include eligibility, mobility, languages and proficiency, specific CNH work experience
• Bachelor degree or higher on computer science or related major
• More than 6 years’ experience on manufacturing engineering for SAP PP support
• Very good English language skills mandatory
• Used to work in international, multilingual teams
• Self-directing and self-motivated
• Problem solving oriented
• Customer oriented thinking
