1.工作职掌
全面主导大客户(如microsoft/nestlab/Amazon/Google等)专案机种从立案到试产OK阶段品管相关工作,包括但不限于
1.1 参与客户规格评审;
1.2 参与新产品设计评审;
1.3 参与新产品试产,厂内良率汇总,不良原因分析及改善;
1.4 产品可靠度送测, 不良原因分析及改善
1.5 客户要求相关报告准备及追踪;
1.6 量测系统能力分析与改善;
1.7 制程能力分析与改善;
1.8 试产OK后相关资料/技术之转移及检验员培训;
1.9 上级主管交办的其它事宜
2.任职要求
2.1 大专以上(若认为非常有能力,学历不受限制),男女不限;
2.2 英文读写听说非常熟练(要应对老外,你懂的);
2.3 有5年以上OEM厂,类似客户品管经验为佳;
2.4 上述条件相同,但有喇叭厂工作经验者优先考虑;
2.5 对TS 5大工具比较熟悉,或者有CSSBB/CSSGB/CQE/ CQMOE等认证;
2.6 常用办公软件如PROJECT/VISIO/MINITAB/JMP能熟练使用
