招聘要求
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
1、Provide weekly status summaries for critical Quality data in SFC/SPC.
2、Perform trend analysis on top issues for management reports.
3、Work closely with Quality & Production teams to drive top weekly issues to closure.
4、SFC Custodian for database to establish work instructions and next generation upgrades.
5、Participate with team in the event of any cell incidents /complaints and focus on incident resolution.
6、Provide timely monthly inputs to Monthly Ops. Review
7、Develop and maintain a monthly standard Quality metrics dashboard.
8、Compile and satisfy ad hoc quality data/information requests.
9、Conduct factory process audits on a regular basis. Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 5S, Kaizen lean methods, etc.
10、Develop training to build quality awareness
11、Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the
relevant requirements of the process management plan
12、Responsible for planning, organizing and managing the inspection function
13、Administratively manage a team of Inspectors, including performance evaluations, salary administration, individual goal setting, career advancement plans, etc.

Requirements / Qualifications
1、English language proficiency; verbal, written and reading.-
2、Bachelor’s degree in related field.
3、At least 3 years Quality experience at MNCs, demonstrate strong hands-on skill-set
4、Excellent team player with strong cooperation consciousness
5、Demonstrated knowledge of SPC

6、Computer skills proficiency and MS Office Suite is required
7、Professional quality certification preferred
8、Self-starter with a strong motivation to drive the organization
