要求：
1.Bachelor degree or equivalent majoring in mechanical/machine engineering or automation;
机械/机械工程等相关专业本科以上学历
2.8~10 years of working experience in quality related position and extensive experience on manufacture process, at least 3 years or above relevant grateful
experience at supervisory level ；
8~10年以上从事制造业与质量相关的丰富工作经验，至少三年相关领域管理工作经验
3.Strong interpersonal communication skills, together with good leadership；
优秀的人际沟通能力，卓越的领导力
4.Knowledge of quality management tool and realize proper application deployment through several quality improvement activities；
数量掌握质量管理工具和方法论，成功参与多项质量改进项目
5.Able to read and understand the mechanical drawings requirements;
能够阅读并理解机械图纸的要求
6.Familiar with the measuring tools and equipments；
熟悉测量工具和设备
7.Independent, initiative and effective in problem solving and strategic planning；

8.Can lead work cross-function, cross-organization, or project teams as well as conventional management positions；
