Title: APQP Project Quality Supervisor Report to: QA Manager Subordinate:8 Mainresponsibility： Ø Lead the Project teamensuring timely APQP documentation & PPAP sample delivery to customer inaccordance with Customer Specific Requirements Ø Support Project Managementduring the APQP process Ø Responsible for coordinatingquality inspections on parts during the development phase Ø Responsible for marking ofPPAP samples and forwarding to Project Manager Ø Responsible for setting upprograms for Re-PPAP and secure compliance with the planned activities Ø Responsible for selectingand coordinate 3rd party testing including development of test plans meetingthe Customer Specific Requirements Ø Ensure compliance across allinternal and external agreed processes and standards within the APQP Ø Be a driver ensuring acontinual competence development in the APQP project quality team Ø Be a driver in optimizingthe APQP process for flow, speed and quality Ø Support continued alignmentof the APQP & PPAP documentation Ø Undertake other assignmentnominated by the line manager Specialknowledge & skills： Ø Familiar with TS16949 &VDA & Automotive Business requirements Ø Work experience with theautomotive industry Ø Knowledge of mechanicalmanufacturing Ø Knowledge of problem solvingtechniques Ø Basic knowledge ofstatistical data treatment Ø Strong English and Chinesecommunication skills Ø Effective communication andreport writing skills Ø Capable of having many task open Ø Good planning skills Ø Analytical abilities tograsp the key points from complicated details Ø Lead projects to successfulcompletion Ø Willingness to continually embrace personal and professional development
