Provide the required training / coaching to develop the people in the areas under his/her responsibility；

Interacts with all other functions (PD, STA, ME, Manufacturing) to guarantee the right level of support to the quality activities；

Co-responsibility with QEHS Manager for the quality reviews at plant level (PQRs and PSTs)

Interact with customer management level to bring the voice of the customer into GJT and ensure the right priorities are given. Visits customers regularly to ensure the communication channels.
与顾客管理层联系，将顾客的信息反馈至GJT，确保妥善处理。定期走访顾客，确保沟通的渠道。
Attend customer quality reviews, seminars and special events
参加顾客质量评审，会议，特殊事件
Ensure the support functions of precision measurement, gauging, and metallographic laboratories are sceduled in line with the production plans in order to execute the control plans adequately.
确保精测室、计量室和金相室的能力与生产计划相符，以满足控制计划的要求
Ensure the execution of all the process related to process control, control plans adherence, FMEA discipline,
确保所有与过程控制，控制计划执行，FMEA原则有关的过程的执行
Ensure the support functions of precision measurement, gauging, and metallographic laboratories support the process control activities with right resources, equipment, procedures and standards
支持精测室，计量室，和金相理化室的过程控制活动，确保资源，设备，流程，标准的合理性
Ensure that the product and process audit plans are executed to plan and that the results are properly addressed if required
确保产品审核和过程审核计划的实施，解决审核中发现的问题
Leader and / or champion of different problem solving (8D / 6Sigma) activities. Support the problem solving teams with roadblocks that require management decisions.
各种问题解决活动(8D / 6Sigma)的领导者或者倡导者。支持问题解决小组，提供要求的管理决定。
Owner of the quality management system for the areas in charge. Ensure compliance to the system and supervise the implementation of the CCARs of internal and external audits.

遵循国家和政府有关劳动、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求
Adhere to national and govermental laws and regulations about labor,environmental protection, occupational and health

Responsible for the quality,environment, health and safety management in his/her area of incumbency
