POSITION:    Quality Supervisor

SUPERVISE :  Quality team

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish / implement a comprehensive Quality System in accordance with the global corporate policy, procedures, and government regulations;

Review and improve the Quality management system to facilitate a continuous improvement process within the organization to meet the company objectives;

Be responsible for organizing regular quality management review, and supervise follow-up actions;

Work with the material and engineering teams for the material quality assurance, and the new suppliers’ qualification;

Respond to customer complaint, and ensure they are documented and addressed in a timely manner;

Perform the quality training as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Engineering Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or related majors.

Good knowledge and practice of ISO 9001 system and management process

Minimum 7 years’ experience in quality field of manufacturing industry, including at least 2 years management experience

Automotive industry manufacturing experience is preferred

Good spoken and written English

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
