ELC which means Early Launch Containment, these days we have a new project 4004HD, all bosses focused on the new project and also according to our company APD process, we need to draft ELC(Early launch containment) in PP stage. ELC should be including below content

ELC的意思是早期预产围堵措施，这些天我们有个新项目4004HD，所有老板都关注这个项目，再加上我们公司的APD流程，我们就需要在PP预产阶段做这个早期预产围堵措施，它包括了以下这些

1) Finding in FAI Stage and PP Stage首件及PP预产阶段所发现的问题

2) Critical point to product quality in process过程中质量关键点

3) Key part主要零部件

4) Other required in ELC procedure其他ELC流程中要求

So on the way, it’s my team project and of course, I should take the ELC from the Material, Process Control, Quality, Non-conformance to People, considering all the issues above and items in ELC procedure.于此同时，这个是我们团队项目，理所当然地，我就得从物料，过程控制，质量，异常及人员五个方面再加上所有以上四点尤其是ELC流程所规定地去填写。

Considering this article shared from now on, some friends said they saw this ELC the 1st time, and some friends said english is too difficult to read, so let’s have English and Chinese together to discuss the ELC points and some communication based on the above writing, thanks.

1Q：ELC shown the same as FMEA? Because I heard it at first time

第一次听说ELC这个词，可不可以理解为FMEA呢

1A: No, ELC means Early Launch Containment早期预产围堵措施, ,简记为ELC; FMEA means Failure Mode and Effects Analysis故障模式影响分析,简记为FMEA)

2Q: ELC VS APQP?是不是有点像汽车行业的APQP?

2A: Maybe different industry have different standard. And in welding equipment below three standards are used（each focused differently）:也许各行各标准，在焊接行业我们一般用到如下三个(每个侧重点不一样)：

a) PPAP Production Part Approval Process生产部件批准程序

b) APQP Advanced Product quality Plan先期产品质量策划

c) ELC Early Launch Containment 早期预产围堵措施
