Requirements
1.     Better understand the toy culture in different countries, such as Asain countries, European countries, and North American countries.
2.     Ability to work innovatively with excellent leadership, organizing, communication and interpersonal skills.
3.     Proven experience in running a marketing team and marketing campaigns.
4.     Keep abreast of current and online marketing techniques and best practices.
5.     Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis.
6.     Experience in marketing in at least one area of a multinational company; Experience in global marketing is preferred.
7.     Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing or relevant field. Master/MBA is prefered.
