• BSME/IE required (MS a plus) with 5+ years of experience in a quality role supporting high volume manufacturing.
• Experience developing quality plans, leading supplier quality audits, and driving FACA and statistic data analysis required.
• Must have working knowledge of quality system and reliability concepts, supplier management, and general manufacturing operations.
• Familiarity with MSA, GD&T practices, Metrology, DFMEA and tolerance analysis is a plus.
• Soft skills, i.e. leadership, project management, communication, teamwork, influencing and self-motivated are required.
• Periodic travel required.
