生产现场目视化管理三原则。Three principles of visual management of production site
做目视化管理,有一些需要遵循的基本原则。不过,我们生产现场,很少有诸如高科技等错综复杂的难题,大多数是一种大家耳熟能详的小问题,基于这些,我罗列了生产现场目视化管理最主要的三条原则。
1、无论是谁都能判明是好是坏。有异常发生时,无论是谁都能发现和判断。也就是说,现场要做到谁来看都能看见,过程看得见,结果看得见。并且简单,谁都能看得懂。
2、能够迅速且准确判断。第一条是能够判断,但仅能够判断是不够的。生产现场目视化管理,还需要快速判断,准确判断。这就要求对生产现场的一些常规性问题,一些异常,大家都有能力,都能熟练的去进行判断,每个人都知道一些问题的判断标准。
3、判断结果不会因人而异这个又进了一步,是标准统一性的要求。一是要求大家对标准、对目视化内容的理解是一致的,二是要求大家有相互一致的判断方法与判断准则。

Based on these, I have listed the three main principles of visual management of production sites.

1. Anyone can tell whether it is good or bad. When an abnormality occurs, no matter who it is, it can be discovered and judged. That is to say, everyone who sees the scene must be able to see it, the process can be seen, and the result can be seen. And it's so simple that anyone can understand it.


2. Be able to judge quickly and accurately. The first is being able to judge, but being able to judge is not enough. The visual management of the production site also requires quick judgment and accurate judgment. This requires that everyone has the ability and skill to judge some routine problems and some abnormalities on the production site, and everyone knows the judgment standards for some problems.
3. Judgment results will not vary from person to person. This goes one step further and is a requirement for standard uniformity. One is to require everyone to have a consistent understanding of the standards and visual content, and the other is to require everyone to have consistent judgment methods and criteria.

我们知道了目视化管理的三原则,那如何更好的遵循这三个原则呢?我们需要做到目视化管理的四要求。
第一个要求,及时更新这是一个最基本的要求,不管是数据,还是各项指令要求,不管是文件,还是各项操作方法,都在快速的变动和变化中。目视化展现的内容及时更新,才能保证我们所体现出来是最新的,是可用的。
第二个要求,视觉化这点好理解,既然是目视化管理,当然要让人清楚明了的看到,当然要在视觉化上下功夫。图形、色彩等等,只要能用上的,能更好展现目视化作用的,我们都可以使用。
第三个要求,简单化简单化是目视化管理能够持续进行下去的主要要求之一。试想想,如果目视化展现的内容,需要别人花个数十分钟才能看完,那谁还愿意去看这个东西。另外,简单化还要在逻辑上简单明了,让大家一眼就能看明白。如果看半天都看不懂,那这个目视化管理自然也就无法进行下去了。
第四个要求,明确化明确化是指要求、指令、观点等明确而不模棱两可。明确,才能让大家知道到底做什么,什么时候做,在哪里做,谁来做,怎么去做。如果不明确,现场,往往无所适从。
最后,将这四个要求,总结为四个字:一看便知。

The third requirement is simplicity. Simplicity is one of the main requirements for visual management to be sustainable. Just think about it, if it takes others dozens of minutes to read the content displayed visually, who would want to watch this thing. In addition, simplification should be logically simple and clear, so that everyone can understand at a glance. If you can't understand it after watching it for a long time, then this visual management will naturally be impossible.

The fourth requirement is clarification. Clarification means that requirements, instructions, opinions, etc. are clear and not ambiguous. Only by being clear can you let everyone know what to do, when to do it, where to do it, who will do it, and how to do it. If it is not clear, the scene is often at a loss.Finally, summarize these four requirements into four words: you can tell at a glance.
