第一个要求，及时更新。这是一个最基本的要求，不管是数据，还是各项指令要求，不管是文件，还是各项操作方法，都在快速的变动和变化中。目视化展现的内容及时更新，才能保证我们所体现出来是最新的，是可用的。

第二个要求，视觉化。这点好理解，既然是目视化管理，当然要让人清楚明了的看到，当然要在视觉化上下功夫。图形、色彩等等，只要能用上的，能更好展现目视化作用的，我们都可以使用。

第三个要求，简单化。简单化是目视化管理能够持续进行下去的主要要求之一。试想想，如果目视化展现的内容，需要别人花个数十分钟才能看完，那谁还愿意去看这个东西。另外，简单化还要在逻辑上简单明了，让大家一眼就能看明白。如果看半天都看不懂，那这个目视化管理自然也就无法进行下去了。

第四个要求，明确化。明确化是指要求、指令、观点等明确而不模棱两可。明确，才能让大家知道到底做什么，什么时候做，在哪里做，谁来做，怎么去做。如果不明确，现场，往往无所适从。

最后，将这四个要求，总结为四个字：一看便知。
