情绪管理
生活里遇到波折,我们需要管理好情绪,若因为一时情急而肆意发泄,既会伤人也会害己。不开心了,可以去跑一跑步、见一见朋友;心不静了,可以读一读书、品一品茶。当我们学会释放压力,与情绪和解,就会发现:很多事,其实没什么大不了。
有人说:“生活不需要比别人好,但一定要比以前好。”让我们学会管理自己、完善自己、磨砺自己,每一天都优于过去的自己。
Emotional management
When encountering twists and turns in life, we need to manage our emotions well. If we vent freely because of a temporary emergency, it will hurt others as well as ourselves. If you are unhappy, you can go for a run and meet friends; If your mind is restless, you can read a book and taste tea. When we learn to release pressure and reconcile with emotions, we will find that a lot of things are actually not a big deal.
Someone said: "Life doesn't need to be better than others, but it must be better than before." Let's learn to manage ourselves, improve ourselves, and sharpen ourselves. Every day we are better than our past selves.
