时间管理
  在每天开始工作前,你可以先为各项任务做一个合理的时间安排。时间表不能做得太松,太松容易拖延;也不能过于紧凑,否则会因为完不成而产生新的焦虑。不妨按事情的重要程度分级,先做最重要的事。当我们能从容安排并完成每天的任务,信心和成就感也就随之而来了。
  管理好时间,集中注意力,把时间用在有意义的事情上,才能让自己不断成长进步

Time management

      Before starting work every day, you can make a reasonable schedule for each task. The schedule should not be too loose, because it is easy to delay if it is too loose; It should not be too tight, or it will cause new anxiety because it cannot be completed. It's better to rank things according to their importance and do the most important things first. When we can calmly arrange and complete our daily tasks, confidence and sense of achievement will follow.
       Only by managing time well, paying attention, and using time for meaningful things can we keep growing and making progress.

形象管理
  很认同一句话:“管理形象不是肤浅,而是对自我的尊重和对生活的敬仰。”一个人真正的衰老,从来不是年龄的增长,而是丧失了对自我的要求。
  管理形象,就是在给自己强大的心理暗示。一个在逆境中不忘昂首挺胸、在平淡中衣着干净大方的人,更能攻克生活中的难关。自律,不仅仅要提升内在,也要注重内外兼修。
Image management
       I agree with a saying: "The management image is not superficial, but self respect and respect for life." The real aging of a person is never the growth of age, but the loss of self requirements.
        The management image is a powerful psychological hint to oneself. A person who never forgets to hold his head high in adversity and dresses cleanly and generously in plain life can better overcome the difficulties in life. Self discipline, not only to enhance the internal, but also to focus on both internal and external.

身体管理
  身体健康是实现一切人生价值的前提和基础。管理好身体,保持身心健康,不仅是对自己负责,也是对家人负责。
  请时刻提醒自己,不要再以健康为筹码去换取别的事物。千万不要等到腰酸背痛,才意识到锻炼身体的重要性。更不要觉得现在身体还行,就可以毫无节制地熬夜酗酒。如果可以,请早起感受清晨温暖的微光,请给身体一些放松的时间。
Body management
         Health is the premise and foundation of realizing all life values. Managing your health and keeping your body and mind healthy is not only responsible for yourself, but also for your family.
         Please remind yourself at all times not to trade your health for anything else. Don't wait for backache to realize the importance of exercise. Don't even think that you can stay up late and drink too much if you are still healthy. If possible, please get up early to feel the warm light in the morning, and give your body some time to relax.

思维管理
  很多时候,我们容易陷入一种思维方式的惯性,总是用已有的方法去解决问题。同一个问题,有的人可以很快找到答案,有的人花了几天也没有头绪,这就是因为思维方式不同。
  有时候,成功迟迟不来,不是你不够努力,而是思维方式要更新。别在日复一日的生活中形成无意识的惯性,换种思维,天地可能更开阔
Thinking management
        Many times, we tend to fall into the inertia of a way of thinking and always use existing methods to solve problems. Some people can quickly find the answer to the same question, while others spend several days without getting a clue. This is because of different ways of thinking.
         Sometimes, it's not that you don't work hard enough, but that your way of thinking needs to be updated. Don't form unconscious inertia in your daily life. If you change your mind, the world may be wider.

情绪管理
         生活里遇到波折,我们需要管理好情绪,若因为一时情急而肆意发泄,既会伤人也会害己。不开心了,可以去跑一跑步、见一见朋友;心不静了,可以读一读书、品一品茶。当我们学会释放压力,与情绪和解,就会发现:很多事,其实没什么大不了。
  有人说:“生活不需要比别人好,但一定要比以前好。”让我们学会管理自己、完善自己、磨砺自己,每一天都优于过去的自己。
Emotional management
        When encountering twists and turns in life, we need to manage our emotions well. If we vent freely because of a temporary emergency, it will hurt others as well as ourselves. If you are unhappy, you can go for a run and meet friends; If your mind is restless, you can read a book and taste tea. When we learn to release pressure and reconcile with emotions, we will find that a lot of things are actually not a big deal.
         Someone said: "Life doesn't need to be better than others, but it must be better than before." Let's learn to manage ourselves, improve ourselves, and sharpen ourselves. Every day we are better than our past selves.
