清场内容

产品交接：生产工序完成后，必须注明所生产制品的名称、批号、数量、等。

物料清场：进出工序的物料在本阶段完成后必须进行清点，登记使用前后数量，核查物料平衡。

设备清场：对所使用过的设备使用后注明使用后状态，按相应设备维护保养规程对设备进行清洁。

器具清场：检查使用的仪器、容器、有无破损。需要清洗的容器，运至器具间并作相应清洁，其清洁按其相应的清洁操作规程进行。

厂房设施清洁：生产工序完成后，必须对所使用生产车间的地面、墙壁、工作台、凳子、水池（如有）等进行清洁。

Site clearing content

Product handover: after the production process is completed,the name, batch number, quantity and whereabouts of the products must beindicated.

Material cleaning: The materials in and out of the processmust be counted after the completion of this stage, the quantity before andafter use shall be registered, and the balance of materials shall be checked.

Equipment cleaning: indicate the status of the usedequipment after use, and clean the equipment according to the correspondingequipment maintenance regulations.

Appliance cleaning: check whether the used instruments andcontainers are damaged or not. Containers that need to be cleaned shall betransported to the appliance room and cleaned accordingly according to thecorresponding cleaning operating procedures.

Cleaning of plant facilities: after the production processis completed, the floor, walls, workbenches, stools, pools (if any) of theproduction workshop must be cleaned.

对于损毁和剩余的包装盒、标签和说明书在质量监督员的监督下由操作人员负责入库并由仓库进行销毁。

将要销毁的包装盒、标签和说明书以及其他废物放到垃圾袋内并封口，由操作人员离开生产车间时运出操作间并入库。

生产清场完成后，确认无生产遗留物，所有设施、设备、仪器都已清洁，由质量监督员检查合格后签字。

After the completion of packaging, the damaged and remaining packaging boxes, labels and [url=]leaflet[/url]shall be stored by the operator under the supervision of the quality supervisor and destroyed by the warehouse.

对于易燃易爆品和易制毒品进行清场时必须轻拿轻放、小心谨慎、远离火源电源，及时归入易燃易爆和易制毒品柜并双人双锁。

凡清场不彻底，质量监督员有权要求生产组重新清场，经复查合格后，方允许另一个品种或另一个批号规格的生产。

清场记录：清场完成后立即填写清场记录，保持清场记录内容的完整性。记录内容包括：清场日期、清场检查项目及结果，清场人、复核人和质量监督员的签字。

Clearing records: Fill in the clearing records immediately after the clearing is completed, and keep the integrity of the clearing records. Records include: clearance date, clearance inspection items and results, clearance person, rechecker and quality supervisor signature.
