2、PQC制程检验

1）依据检验标准对所有工序产品检验判定。

2）处理工序产品不良品。

3）监督检查技术工艺在生产过程中的执行情况。

4）对工序产品、品质、检验方法、标准提出改善意见和建议。

5）仓储工序产品的品质盘点工作。

6）关键特殊工序产品的控制，检验监督。

7）整理和保存样板，工艺图资料、物品等。

8）负责品质异常的汇报，联络及初步确认，改善结果的确认。

9）汇总月度，季度，年度的品质状况，填写相应记录，上报相应部门。

10）执行上级交待的工作任务，负责检验区域的"5S"。

沟通及处理问题上的方法

1、攻心为上：换位思考，将心比心，以沟通为主。在保持产品要求的前提下以退为进，步步为赢。

2、借权施压：在运用攻心失效后，运用相关领导的要求（权威）来压他。

3、大棒政策：在运用上述两种方法无效后，就运用第三种方法。软硬不吃的应当受到惩罚。杀鸡吓猴树立权威。
