2、PQC制程检验
1)依据检验标准对所有工序产品检验判定。
2)处理工序产品不良品。
3)监督检查技术工艺在生产过程中的执行情况。
4)对工序产品、品质、检验方法、标准提出改善意见和建议。
5)仓储工序产品的品质盘点工作。
6)关键特殊工序产品的控制,检验监督。
7)整理和保存样板,工艺图资料、物品等。
8)负责品质异常的汇报,联络及初步确认,改善结果的确认。
9)汇总月度,季度,年度的品质状况,填写相应记录,上报相应部门。
10)执行上级交待的工作任务,负责检验区域的"5S"。

2. PQC process inspection
1) Inspect and judge all process products according to inspection standards.
2) Deal with the defective products in the process.
3) Supervise and inspect the implementation of technology and process in the production process.
4) Put forward improvement opinions and suggestions on process products, quality, inspection methods and standards.
5) Quality inventory of products in warehousing process.
6) Control, inspection and supervision of key special process products.
7) Sort out and save samples, process drawings, materials, etc.
8) Be responsible for the report, liaison and preliminary confirmation of quality abnormalities, and confirmation of improvement results.
9) Summarize monthly, quarterly and annual quality status, fill in corresponding records and report to corresponding departments.

2)对成品检验方法,标准提出改善意见或建议。
3)质量异常的及时反馈及跟踪处理。
4)成品品质的盘点工作。
5)对出货产品的包装,款式、装柜、标识的符合情况检验、标识记录。
6)记录上报相关部门执行办公区域的"5S",执地上级交待的工作任务。

沟通及处理问题上的方法
1、攻心为上:换位思考,将心比心,以沟通为主。在保持产品要求的前提下以退为进,步步为赢。
2、借权施压:在运用攻心失效后,运用相关领导的要求(权威)来压他。
3、大棒政策:在运用上述两种方法无效后,就运用第三种方法。软硬不吃的应当受到惩罚。杀鸡吓猴树立权威。
注:在运用第二和第三时切忌与各部门员工领导争吵。

Methods of communication and problem handling
