Feasibility Considerations可行性分析：

Our Product quality planning team has considered the following questions, not intended to be all-inclusive in performing a feasibility evaluation.  The drawings and/or specifications provided have been used as a basis for analysing the ability to meet all specified requirements.  All “no” answers are supported with attached

comments identifying our concerns and/or proposed changes to enable us to meet the specified requirements.

产品质量计划团队已经考虑了如下问题，并不意味包含全部的可行性评估。 图纸和标准是用于分析的基础。所有No的项目需要有附件的支持说明并且提出变更方案。

原材料/Material

原材料定义是否完全理解并明确（材料标准，牌号，性能要求等）
Is the raw material definition fully understood and clear? (Norm, SPEC, Performance requirement etc.)

原材料采购是否能够达到要求。如有材料采购困难，起订量要求，材料替代，ELV检测要求，VOC检测要求等问题，需要提供详细说明作为附件。
Is there any issue of raw material purchasing? Need detail explanation as appendix.

与材料有关的工艺处理规范是否理解，明确并能达到要求。 需要提供详细工艺流程作为附件。
Is SPEC about the raw material fully understood and the requirement can be achieved? Need detail process explanation as appendix.

原材料供应商及二级加工供应商是否已经确认，并符合佛吉亚要求。需要提供供应商信息作为附件
Does the raw material supplier and sub-supplier nominate? Do they meet with Faurecia requirement? Need detail explanation as appendix。

尺寸及公差/GD&T

图纸中关键特性尺寸及公差是否完全理解，明确并能达到要求。需提供详细工艺分析作为附件阐明如何达到要求。
Does every critical significant characteristic and GD&T fully understood, and the requirement can be achieved? Need detail explanation of process analysis and how to reach the target as appendix.

图纸中其它尺寸及公差是否完全理解，明确并能达到要求
Does all general dimension and its tolerance fully understood, and the requirement can be achieved?

图纸中的所有尺寸及公差是否已经满足生产需要并可检测。需提供检测设备的详细信息作为附件。
Does every dimension, tolerance and GD&T feasible and measurable? Need to provide detail equipment explaination as appendix.

是否能够按照项目规定的时间节点提供真实有效的尺寸报告，实验报告？
Can you provide realistic product dimension and test report according to project timing plan?

功能要求/Functional requirement

图纸中所定义的功能性测试要求是否完全理解并可检测（如硬度，顶出力，转矩，耐久等）。需提供检测设备的详细信息作为附件。
Does every function definition on drawing, e.g. hardness, push-out force, tighten torque & durability, fully understood and measurable? Need to provide all necessary equipment information as appendix.

图纸中所有备注要求是否已经完全理解并可以达到
Does every requirement on general notes fully understood and the requirement can be achieved?

图纸中所有引用的标准是否已经完全理解并可满足要求
Is every specification listed on drawing fully understood and the requirement can be achieved?

工艺及生产/ Process and production

图纸中工艺（装配、焊接、冲压、铆接等）及其标准是否已经完全理解并可满足要求。需提供详细工艺分析，工装设备信息等作为附件阐明如何达到要求。
Does the process (assembly, welding, stamping, riveting, etc.) and its specification defined on the drawing fully understood and the requirement can be achieved? Need detail process flow and equipment information as appendix to explain how to reach the target.

该零件或分总成的生产工艺是否已经明确并能达到要求。需提供详细生产工艺流程，排样图，投入设备信息等作为附件以阐明如何达到要求。
Are the production process is clear and could fulfill the requirement? Need detail process flow and equipment information as appendix to explain how to reach the target.

是否已有生产此产品的工装或设备？需提供详细工装设备信息等作为附件。
Is there any exist tooling/jig or equipment can be used for the product? Need detail explanation of equipment information as appendix.

是否有类似零件或产品的生产经验？需提供相关信息等作为附件。
Do you have any experience of similar product? Need to provide relative information as appendix.

If the technology or the process is new, do you confirm that its validation is compatible with present program timing and targets?    如果技术和工艺是新技术，确定能满足项目时间和QCD目标？

是否在项目开发过程中提供了技术支持?
Did you provide technical support in development phase?

是否在项目开发过程中参与了手工样件及DV样件的制作? 需提供相关信息作为附件。
Did you provide the MOCK U samples or DV samples? Need to provide relative information as appendix.

Will Program Timing be respected, and Program Team be sized according to Faurecia requirements? 根据佛吉亚的要求项目时间和项目成员规模是否能满足？

Is there adequate capacity to produce Product? 是否有足够的产能？

Please complete the “Feasibility Commitment” form and attach along with any comments you have regarding the design of this part/system.  For ex. Spec’s missing/not understood, design alternatives or assumptions.  If no remarks, please state so!!
请完成可行性分析表“并且附上相应的说明。例如： 标准没有或者不理解，设计替代方案或者假设方案。 如果没有分析项目，请确认签字。
