如何实现目标计划

【1】计划年度目标
想清楚自己想要做的事情后不应该做的事情,然后为这一年设定一个完整的可以预期的目标,在设定目标的时候,要想到哪些因素可能阻碍我们达到目标,哪些因素有利于我们达到目标?不然在面对目标的时候,我们可能会缺少行动力和意志力。

【1】 Plan annual target

【2】设计具体计划
制定一个合适的策略,将目标进行分解,分解到每一个月,每一个星期,甚至每一周,再细化的话可以分解到每一天,

目标分解法是我们必须知道的一种方法,用逆向思维的方式对目标进行分解,分解是把目标分解成有效可行的行动,行动是实现目标的第一要素。通过庆祝每一个小目标的实现,把每一个小目标变得和最终目标一样的有意义。

【3】探索什么可以点燃你的激情
我们可以在实现每一个小目标的时候跟自己一定的奖励,比如以前我跑步的时候,我会什么时候一次性跑5公里,就奖励自己第2天去吃顿好吃的,比如我们公司的小团队,如果完成了这一周的任务,那么就去K歌一次。在整个过程中,我们要不断的调整我们的激励方式,直到找到适合激励我们前行的东西,形成一种动力。

【4】公布你的目标
公布目标就是向身边的亲朋好友或者同事公布你的目标是什么样的,让他们做一个见证,同时也相当于做一个监督。因为一个目标的提出是拿着我们自己的名誉和自尊背书来做的挑战。而且还有可能收获很多的意外的鼓励和支持以及意见。

自我反省是一个很有效的改变我们行为的方法,列出一些自我反省的问题,每天用这些问题来反问自己,我有哪些地方做的不好?应该如何改进?以此来跟踪自己的目标进度。并问自己有没有尽最大努力。
