To do a good job of on-site quality management, efforts should be made from the following aspects

1. First of all, we should be competent in quality management:

2、要换位思考问题：

我们要在全面了解情况后根据不同地情况去处理问题，而不只是指责。

4、学好分步解决问题：

For some problems that can't be solved in one step, we should learn to decompose the problems and solve them step by step, instead of forcing them to be solved in one step or letting them go.
