计划如何才能做好How to plan well

首先是最重要的大事,从最开始就要确定它的优先地位,时刻记在心中或者放在计划最显眼的位置。

我们常常是在乱七八糟的事情上投入了很多,但是真正花在重要事情上的时间却很少,就比如我今年最重要的事情就是考证和考研,我的主要计划就是围绕此展开的。

作息上饮食上要尽量配合考研复习的安排;平时有很多调节时间但是都要把握在合理的尺度;一些赚钱或者旅行的计划也可以相对搁置。

[学习]就是我这一年最重要的事情,因此在计划中确保学习效率和学习时间就是主要任务,避免被其余不重要的事情占据。

然后你可以对此任务进行拆分,细节到科目的学习、时间段的安排、需要看什么书,尽量做到心中有数。

人们的大脑里一般会对比较有方法有条理的事情排斥较弱,所以花点时间去找到达成某事的方法和步骤,就相当于提前给大脑设置了程序。

接下来只需要按部就班坚持就好了。下面是我的新年计划:

The first is the most important event. From the very beginning, we should determine its priority and always keep it in mind or put it in the most prominent position of the plan.
We often invest a lot in messy things, but we really spend very little time on important things. For example, my most important thing this year is the entrance examination and postgraduate entrance examination. My main plan is to start around this.
Work, rest and diet should try to cooperate with the arrangement of postgraduate examination review; Usually there are many adjustment times, but they should be controlled at a reasonable scale; Some plans for making money or traveling can also be put on hold.
[Learning] is the most important thing for me this year, so it is the main task to ensure learning efficiency and learning time in the plan to avoid being occupied by other unimportant things.
Then you can split the task, from the details to the subject study, the time period arrangement, and the book you need to read, so as to have a clear idea.
People's brains generally reject things that are more methodical and methodical, so taking time to find the methods and steps to achieve something is equivalent to setting a program for the brain in advance.
Next, just stick to it step by step. Here are my New Year's resolutions:

接下来就是关于自我提升和兴趣爱好,每天只是学习肯定是不行的,无法调节,且作为一个自媒体人,也必须保证工作和输出。

所以我把自我提升和消遣方式定为[阅读]和[看电影],下面就可以针对此列出计划,比如给自己列一个书单和影单,并且写出书评和影评,还可以提前找到资源,确保后续进行。

阅读和看电影的好处就不需要多说了,肯定是成长必要的输入,你还有其他感兴趣的活动都可以安排上。

Next is about self-improvement and hobbies. Learning everyday is definitely not enough and cannot be adjusted. As an We-media person, you must also ensure work and output.
So I set the way of self-improvement and recreation as [reading] and [watching movies]. Now I can make plans for this, such as making a book list and film list for myself, and writing book reviews and film reviews. I can also find resources in advance to ensure follow-up.
There is no need to say more about the benefits of reading and watching movies. It must be the necessary input for growth. You can also arrange other activities of interest.

接着就是最后一步,微习惯的培养。所谓微习惯,当然就是比较容易培养和做的,占据很少的时间就可以完成,所以可以搭配碎片化时间的使用。

一般把对我们人生有意义但是短时间看不到的事情当做微习惯来做,列入一个清单,像打卡一样完成,这些事情在当时可能看不到什么成果,但是坚持下来就会大不一样。

需要注意的是,很多人因为短时间看不到回报就会放弃或者倦怠,错过了提升自己的机会,其实你完全可以做更多更好。

我也在自己的计划里面单独加入了微习惯这一项,像背几个单词、看几页书这样的小事情,或者每天都要拉伸,每天都要多喝水这样的小事情。

Next is the last step, the cultivation of micro habits. The so-called micro habits, of course, are relatively easy to cultivate and do, and can be completed in a small amount of time, so they can be used with fragmentation time.
Generally, things that are meaningful to our life but can't be seen in a short time are done as microhabits, listed in a list, and completed like clocking. These things may not see any results at that time, but it will be different if we persist.
It should be noted that many people will give up or be tired because they can't see the return for a short time, and miss the opportunity to improve themselves. In fact, you can do more and better.
I also added micro habits to my plan, such as memorizing a few words, reading a few pages of books, or stretching every day and drinking more water every day.

但微习惯,恰恰是回报最大的。
