一、明确团队的认同目标
目标是团队方向以及团队存在的理由,也是高绩效的基础。一个有目标的团队才能让所有的成员明白他们是为什么聚在一起,他们到底要做些什么。这个目标有两个层次,一个是公司层次的长远目标,就是所谓的使命和愿景;其次就是短期目标,一月、一年要干什么。有了目标工作可以放矢,就不会瞎弄、乱忙。

二、明确大家都认同的行为方式
行为方式其实就是大家说的价值观。
就是告诉团队成员在追逐目标的过程中什么是对,什么是错,什么是好,什么是坏,都是成员必须遵守的道德规则!
道理很简单,虽然一个团队有共同的目标,但是如果没有高度统一的价值观,那么在实现目标时采取行动就有所不同。
比如为了赚钱,有的人认为应该不劳而获,有的人就认为应该用汗水来换取,所以不同价值观的人是很难聚在一起工作、共事的,而且价值观不一致也容易导致绩效无从谈起。

2、 Clarify behavior patterns that everyone agrees on

Behavior is actually what people call values.
It is to tell team members what is right, what is wrong, what is good, and what is bad in the process of pursuing goals, all of which are moral rules that members must abide by!
The reason is simple: although a team has common goals, without a highly unified set of values, taking action to achieve the goals will be different.
For example, in order to make money, some people believe that they should get something for nothing, while others believe that it should be exchanged for sweat.

三、明确各成员的游戏规则
所谓的游戏规则就是明确各成员的位、责、权、利。
让成员明白自己的岗位是什么,应该承担的责任是什么,同时也要让成员明白他自己的权利有多大,以及如何获得自己应得的利益。
明确游戏的规则,其实就是科学管理的开始,这样可以避免人浮于事,做事推诿,让每个人都明白在团队中的位置,自己应该为团队做什么。

四、领导要以身作则
当一个团队有了共同价值观以及明确分工时,接下来的重点自然就是如何开展工作!
因此作为团队的领头人的以身作则就至关重要,毕竟火车跑得快全靠车头带,所以领导人必须以身作则,带头遵守游戏规则,成为团队的榜样!

4、 Leaders should lead by example

五、各成员要坚决服从和执行
当领导的都以身作则,那么各成员必须坚决服从直接上级的指挥和命令,明白要执行,不明白也要执行!
只有这样才能贯彻团队意识,形成战斗力!
这就是为什么管理者喜欢在新员工入职的第一天就强调要绝对服从
。其实,在团队管理上不同的层次有不同的职责,也要求不同的素质,所以一旦领导作出决定后,下级必须全力以赴!
因为领导是负责做决定的,而下属就是负责执行和操作!如果下属都从自己的角度出发,很容易形成个人主义,这样就会让团队一团散沙!
