2. Seemingly hard work, but with no results The most poignant truth in the workplace is that hard work does not equal merit, and hard work does not equal result. We all have people around us who seem to be busy all day, but when you ask them what they are busy with all day, they often reply with two words: busyness. Many people are also in this state at work. I work very hard every day and even often stay to work overtime, but I have never produced any impressive results. In the workplace, we pay more attention to four words: result oriented. If the order cannot be signed, there must be no commission for sales; If the product cannot be developed on a regular basis, the R&D team will definitely be fined; If a customer complains about poor service execution, the execution team must bear the blame. So, those who only see effort without results, fundamentally speaking, are either oversupplied or lacking in abilities, and will definitely not be favored.
