8.7.1 The organization should ensure the identification and control of outputs that do not meet requirements to prevent their unintended use and delivery. Organizations should take appropriate measures based on the nature of non conformities and their impact on product and service conformity. This also applies to non-conforming products and services discovered after product delivery, as well as during or after service provision. Organizations should address non-conforming outputs through one or more of the following methods:
a) Correction;
b) Isolate, restrict, return or suspend the provision of products and services;
c) Inform customers;
d) Obtain authorization for concession acceptance.
After correcting the output of non-conforming products, it should be verified whether they meet the requirements
Whether within or outside the organization, concession acceptance of non-conforming products and services must be approved by the recipient of the product or service.
For example, if a non-conforming semi-finished product is determined to be "concession acceptance" during the review, it means that the person in charge of the next process has agreed to accept it and has corresponding measures to ensure that the final product is qualified, Or they may be forcibly accepted by administrative orders and provided with additional supportive unconventional means by superiors to ensure the final product is qualified. Sometimes (ultimately) a product or service is judged to be unqualified, but it is difficult to rework or repair to correct it, and the consequences are not too serious. Concession acceptance from customers can be sought, and of course, additional conditions may be added, such as demotion (judged to meet the next level of standards) and price reduction or reduction, adding some qualified products or services, and commitment to strengthen services in the future
