QMS年度审核

证书自上次审核之后的第8~12个月，需要进行年度监督审核，不进行年审的企业，超过上次审核12个月的，证书将会被暂停使用。

暂停期间，企业可以申请恢复有效审核；暂停期满3个月，证书自动撤销失效。

From the 8th to 12th month after the last audit, the certificate needs to undergo an annual supervision audit. For enterprises that do not undergo an annual audit, if it has been more than 12 months since the last audit, the certificate will be suspended from use.



During the suspension period, the enterprise may apply for the resumption of effective review; Upon expiration of the suspension period of 3 months, the certificate will automatically be revoked and become invalid

1. 要求认证公司提交本次监督审查计划。

2. 根据计划查看本次审查的部门及条款。

3. 分析各个部门接受审查的具体工作程序及质量记录。

4. 查看上一次外审的末次会议纪要。

5. 开展自查并完善不足之处。

3. Analyze the specific work procedures and quality records reviewed by each department.



4. Review the minutes of the last external audit meeting.



5. Conduct self inspection and improve deficiencies.
