2、识别需要的变量，就要有相应的变更流程来支撑整个变更，做到防患于未然，做好充分的验证后进行变更，并且不同部门的人员要根据变更做好相应的连带工作

1、现状调查——抓主要问题和主要矛盾

2、原因分析——一定要打破沙锅问到底、一直深入下去 ；

3、确定主要原因，由此制定对策；

4、制定详细的一整套实施对策（样表内容） 5W1H方法；

5、实施对策：条条件件落实到实处、落到每个人头上；

6、检查效果：首先要和目标值对照、要从多角度、多层次、多方面检查对照（技术、质量、工艺、用户反映）；

7、制定巩固措施： 把成功的经验和工艺制度化、标准化；用文件化的东西永久性的进行改造写出质量管理的标准、写出管理的制度办法、写出修改后的工艺文件编号；

8、遗留问题和下步打算：存在问题和下一步的打算
