企业在进行自我评价时，要定期对标准体系的运行情况进行评价，对评价确认不合格项的分析处置，要制定纠正措施，企业评价人员应对措施的实施情况进行跟踪验证。要建立持续改进机制，查明和消除不合格的原因，采取纠正措施，防止不合格再发生。
