质量问题处理Quality issue handling

所谓品质管理,就是过程管理中,处理异常的事情,而正常的事情不需要加以管理。

管理者就是要工作现场出现问题时,能及时、有效的排除异常问题。


企业工作现场的活动是很复杂的,其中可能包含了很多繁琐的流程。

问题就是机会,是改进的机会,是教育当事人及员工的机会。


有了这样的问题意识,管理人员就能利用每一次解决问题的过程,提高自身管理能力,同时提高企业经营绩效水平

工作就是不断发现问题,分析问题,最终解决问题的一个过程。

工作中遇到问题,积极的人找方法解决问题,消极的人找借口回避问题

传统的解决方式都倾向于管理人员、技术人员或作业人员依据自身的地位、权威、知识和以往的工作经验,通过感官等方式从定性方面来判断问题、分析问题和解决问题;

至于事实真相、根本原因一般无法彻底追究、解决。


其结果是在分析、解决问题时,经常遗漏到最为关键的部分,使得问题越来越严重和复杂。


更何况一家企业组织庞大,人员混杂,对于各种问题的认知与判断如果各依自己的主观意见去处理,则企业不但无法解决问题,更无法顺利经营

Traditional solutions tend to rely on managers, technicians, or operators to judge, analyze, and solve problems qualitatively through sensory methods based on their own status, authority, knowledge, and past work experience;



As for the truth and fundamental reasons, they cannot be thoroughly investigated and resolved.



The result is that when analyzing and solving problems, the most critical parts are often overlooked, making the problem increasingly serious and complex.



Moreover, if a company has a large organization and mixed personnel, and their understanding and judgment of various problems are handled according to their own subjective opinions, the company will not only be unable to solve the problems, but also unable to operate smoothly
