质量管理部只需要对生产过程质量管理状况进行督查，包括产品标准、操作规程的确认，生产工艺执行检查、过程产品质量督查。

如果没有上面的条件与基础，我的处理办法是，质量管理部门负责生产过程质量抽查、监督指导。
