消费者有权就产品质量问题，

• 向产品的生产者、销售者查询；
• 向产品质量监督部门、
• 工商行政管理部门及有关部门申诉，接受申诉的部门应当负责处理

Report to the Product Quality Supervision Department



The department in charge of industry and commerce administration and relevant departments shall handle appeals, and the department accepting the appeal shall be responsible for handling them

拒绝接受依法进行的产品质量监督检查的，

给予警告，责令改正；

拒不改正的，责令停业整顿；
