1)[color=rgb(var(--link-6))]偶然性质量缺陷
急性质量缺陷,是指由于系统因素造成的质量突然恶化,属失控的突然变异。特点:原因明显、对产品质量的影响很大,需有关部门立即采取措施消灭该缺陷,使生产恢复原来状态。
2)经常性质量缺陷
经常性质量缺陷,是指由于现有的技术和管理水平的原因而长期不能解决的缺陷。它需要采取一些重大措施改变现状,使质量提高到新水平。这种缺陷可能一时影响不大,但长期下去严重影响产品的市场竞争能力。
偶然性质量问题都是引人注目的,并且会立即受到领导的重视。而经常性质量问题则不易引起领导的重视,因为它已经长期存在,常常难以解决,久而久之被认为是不可避免的,成了被认可的“正常”状态。而且多数的做法是,解决[color=rgb(var(--link-6))]偶然性的问题比解决经常性的问题受到优先考虑。质量改进就是要引起人们重视解决系统质量问题,并告诉人们如何解决这一问题。

1) Accidental quality defects

Acute quality defect refers to a sudden deterioration in quality caused by systemic factors, which is a sudden and uncontrollable variation. Features: The cause is obvious and has a significant impact on product quality. Relevant departments need to take immediate measures to eliminate the defect and restore production to its original state.

2) Frequent quality defects

Frequent quality defects refer to defects that cannot be solved for a long time due to existing technology and management level. It needs to take some significant measures to change the current situation and improve the quality to a new level. This defect may not have a significant impact temporarily, but in the long run, it will seriously affect the product's market competitiveness.

Accidental quality issues are eye-catching and immediately receive attention from leaders. However, frequent quality problems are not easily taken seriously by leaders because they have existed for a long time and are often difficult to solve. Over time, they are considered inevitable and have become a recognized "normal" state. Moreover, most approaches prioritize solving occasional problems over solving recurring ones. Quality improvement is to draw people's attention to solving system quality problems and tell them how to solve them.
