产品召回是指生产商将已经送到批发商、零售商或最终用户手上的产品收回。

产品召回的典型原因是所售出的产品被发现存在缺陷。


产品召回制度和一般的三包产品退换货是两个概念。三包产品退货换货是针对个体消费者，而且不能说明产品本身有任何问题；
