你的工作是领导工作的一部分,因此,领导的目标就是你的目标,领导的痛点也是你的痛点。
你要有主动思考的意识,主动替领导排忧解难,这样才能在向上管理的过程中解决他关注的问题,引起领导重视

不同的领导有不同的管理风格,有的偏爱授权,有的事无巨细,这就要求你在最短时间内熟悉领导的管理风格。
有的人认为,领导安排我工作,我在他要求时间期限的最后一天之前完成即可,中间我独立解决,不需要领导参与管理,哪里还需要研究他的领导风格?
但是,这种想法对某些领导来说就是大忌,有的领导希望你在工作过程中及时反馈,沟通事情的进展,避免最后出了问题整个部门都要遭殃
