质量问题处理流程 Quality problem handling process

生产人员在生产过程中发现质量问题应及时反馈给线长。
生产过程中出现批量不良现象等严重质量问题的需上报线长与车间主管。
发现质量问题后线长或车间主管需及时填写与发放《纠正预防措施报告》给生产制造工程师

Production personnel should promptly report quality issues discovered during the production process to the line leader.

Serious quality issues such as batch defects during the production process need to be reported to the line leader and workshop supervisor.

After discovering quality issues, the line leader or workshop supervisor should promptly fill out and distribute the "Corrective and Preventive Action Report" to the manufacturing engineer

若生产制造工程师不能立即判定原因,则立即通知生产技术主管。生产技术主管根据不良现象立即通知相关人员,品质与生产等部门相关工程师在接到通知后,十分钟内必须到达现场,组成异常处理小组对不良问题进行分析

If the manufacturing engineer cannot immediately determine the cause, notify the production technical supervisor immediately. The production technology supervisor shall immediately notify the relevant personnel based on the defect phenomenon, and the engineers from the quality and production departments must arrive at the site within ten minutes after receiving the notification to form an abnormal handling team to analyze the defect problem
