- 库存结构优化:根据市场需求预测、生产计划安排、物料采购周期、库存成本控制等因素,对库存结构进行优化。这可能包括调整物料的安全库存水平、订货点和订货批量,优化物料的库存分布,合理安排不同种类物料在仓库中的存储位置,提高仓库空间的利用率,确保物料的供应能够满足生产需求,同时又不会造成过多的库存积压和资金浪费。
- 供应商评估与合作优化:对现有供应商进行全面的评估和分析,根据供应商的供货质量、交货期、价格、服务、技术支持、可持续发展等方面的表现,对供应商进行分类管理和评价,确定优秀供应商、合格供应商、待改进供应商和不合格供应商名单。对于优秀供应商,加强与他们的合作,建立长期稳定的战略合作伙伴关系,通过签订长期采购合同、共同开展技术研发和创新、优化供应链流程、加强信息共享和沟通协调等方式,实现互利共赢和共同发展。对于待改进供应商,与他们进行沟通和协商,提出改进要求和建议,帮助他们分析问题和原因,制定改进措施和计划,并跟踪验证改进措施的实施效果,促使他们提高供货质量和服务水平。对于不合格供应商,及时终止与他们的合作关系,寻找新的合格供应商,确保物料的供应质量和稳定性。
