人员管理

  • 假期安排告知:放假前,实验室负责人需统计假期在实验室工作的人员信息,包括姓名、联系方式、预计工作时间等,并向所有实验室成员明确假期实验室开放时间与使用规则。
  • 安全教育培训:开展假期前实验室安全专项教育,内容涵盖防火、防爆、防盗、防触电、防中毒等安全知识,强调假期实验室安全的特殊重要性。针对假期新进入实验室的人员,必须进行全面的实验室安全培训,考核合格后方可进入实验室。
  • 门禁权限管理:假期实验室人员出入情况复杂,要对实验室门禁系统进行严格管理。清理不必要的人员权限,仅保留假期有实验需求人员的门禁权限。并且要求人员进出实验室时如实登记,详细记录进出时间、实验内容等信息。

Personnel management

设备管理

The responsible person should check daily whether the equipment parameters are normal and whether the equipment is running stably. If there are any abnormalities, they should be dealt with in a timely manner.

  • 卫生清洁:放假前组织人员对实验室进行全面卫生清洁,清理实验垃圾、废弃物等,保持实验室环境整洁。

Clean up debris in laboratory passages and emergency exits to ensure unobstructed evacuation routes. It is strictly prohibited to stack flammable and explosive materials in the laboratory and hallway, and it is strictly prohibited to burn materials in the laboratory and surrounding areas.
Hygiene and cleanliness: Before the holiday, organize personnel to conduct a comprehensive hygiene and cleanliness of the laboratory, clean up experimental waste, waste, etc., and keep the laboratory environment clean.

应急管理
