原则
说明

1. 明确目的(Purpose)
沟通前问自己:“我想达成什么目标?”(告知、说服、协调、决策)

2. 理解对象(Audience)
了解对方的角色、知识背景、关注点和沟通偏好(如喜欢数据还是故事)。

3. 内容清晰(Clarity)
信息简洁、结构化、重点突出,避免模糊、冗长或专业术语滥用。

4. 反馈闭环(Feedback)
确保信息被正确理解,主动寻求反馈,形成“发送-接收-确认”闭环。





Principle Explanation
1. Before communicating with a clear purpose, ask yourself: "What goal do I want to achieve?" (inform, persuade, coordinate, make decisions)
2. Understand the audience's role, knowledge background, focus, and communication preferences (such as liking data or stories).
3. Clarity: The information should be concise, structured, and focused, avoiding ambiguity, redundancy, or misuse of professional terminology.
4. Feedback loop ensures that information is correctly understood, actively seeks feedback, and forms a "send receive confirm" loop.

1. Structured expression (pyramid principle)
Conclusion first: First, state the core viewpoint or conclusion.
Split point discussion: Use the structure of "first, second, third" or "background conflict question answer (SCQA)" to elaborate.
Example:
I suggest postponing the project launch (conclusion). There are three reasons: first, the testing is not completed; second, key personnel are on leave; third, customer feedback needs to be adjusted (points)

2. Make good use of communication tools

Urgent matters on the phone, quick confirmation of key points, and confirmation after the meeting
