Introduce yourself and your daily work

This is XXX. I’m a SQE served at XXX China right now. Direct in charge of three local key suppliers. I’d like to summary my job into 5 items and introduce to you: New product phase in, Manage Suppliers’ Change Request, Issue resolution, Continuous Improve and Take Proactive action for potential risk.

1. New product phase in. Work closely with supplier NPI department and design center SQE to make sure the new program phase in on schedule. Follow SPQP (Supplier Part Qualification Plan) to qualify new product. Review and approve PMP, FMEA, DFM, GIP (General Inspection Plan), GRR, 100% dimensions inspection, capability study, packing test, raw material certification and other special requirements requested by Seagate SQE. On line audit when new program fist build.
