Are the following sentences correct?
1. Having claimed this, it is seen that the society should not endorse such behaviors.
2. Walking on the street, a beautiful girl is seen by me.

In fact, you understood what was wrong, and both of your two sentences are correct, though the first one is a little clumsy. Now try these for the first sentence:
Having claimed this, we see that the society should not endorse such behaviors.
Or: With having claimed this, it is seen that the society should not endorse such behaviors
