很多时候，过多的工作表密码在使用的关键时刻总会想不起来，这时候才是最蛋疼的时候，或者网络的参考资料下载后发现需要密码，又白忙活一阵，下面介绍一种方法给大家：

第一步：打开您需要破解保护密码的Excel文件；
第二步：依次点击菜单栏上的工具→宏→录制新宏，输入宏名字（任意，最好是字母）如:ab；
第三步：停止录制(这样得到一个空宏ab)；
第四步：依次点击菜单栏上的工具→宏→宏ab,点编辑按钮；
第五步：删除窗口中的所有字符，复制下面的文字替换：
