There are seven people in my family. My father-in-law, my mother-in-law, my wife, my younger brother-in-law, my sister-in-law and my nephew. My father-in-law, my younger brother-in-law, my sister-in-law will come back from ChangChun city on February 6 2013. They will take a car with my wife’s cousin who will be a driver. My wife and I will work until February 8 2013.We only seven days holiday. We will spend our time on watching TV and playing cards and playing games on PC.

I guess the New year’s eve will the most cheerful day. We will make dumpling and eat it that day.We will also watch CCTV Spring festival gala until it end. They are some difference between my hometown and here. First, my hometown must get up early on the New year’s day and play a New year’s call with kowtow, but here must go to bed late in the New year’s eve night and sleep on the New year’s day. Second, my hometown must eat noodle on the morning in the New year’s day but here we can eat what we want. Third, We must visit sister of my father and the brother of my mother or the sister of my mother on the second day of the Spring festival, but here we don’t.

Fourth, We must prepare lot of steamed stuffed bun and noodles for the festival before the New year’s eve, but here we don’t.

They are some similarities between my hometown and here. First we must buy new clothes for children. Second, we must put up spring festival scrolls and give a call with friends and relatives.Third, we must give children some money as a lunar new year’s gift. Fourth, we must have a drink will elders.
