I learned from my European colleague that do anything should step by step. We draw up a planning before the work start and have a kick-off meeting. After the meeting,we will work follow the planning. When we finished first step, we must report our result to the affirmant and wait instructions. If he gives a red light, we must stop and go back our work, if he gives a yellow light, we must improve our work, if he gives a green light and what we will do next step, we can do the next step, or we will be punished.

Step by step is the basic work principle. We must work step by step. Every work should be responsibled by special person. He usually makes the work planning and validates the result and gives advice to the item performer. He also makes the reports when the work finished and closed the item.

believe in是信任的意思，针对某人的总体。另外，believe in还可以翻译为“信仰”等等类似含义。

最常见的,就是楼上几为提到的,是指"信任",就是对人不对事的,believe in som ebody表示对某人信任
但是believe in还有一些别的意思
如(1):believe in somebody/something可以表示相信某人/某事物的存在
如Ibelieve in God.不是说"我信任上帝",而是"我相信上帝的存在"
又如believe in ghost就是相信有鬼的存在
(2):believe in doing something
可以表示认为做某事有用,肯定某事物的价值
如He believes in doing plenty o fexercise.
指"他相信多做运动有好处"
