1. We should do the preparation including the subject to speak, the words which will be met in the speaking definitely, and also the normal useful sentence聊天前需做好准备，包括聊天话题、聊天中肯定涉及的单词还有就是常用的有用的句子

2. We will take small notebook by ourselves and also small dictionary with sample and useful words for whenever whatever talking 随身携带小笔记本和小的字典以便随时随地地聊天

3. We should not be shy when we forget one key word and search it in dictionary when we are talking. We can also use other sample words to explain instead but we must search if the key word is so important我们如果在聊天过程中忘记关键单词，千万不要害羞，要勇于在对方面前查字典。我们可以用其他简单的词来解释但如果这个关键词真的很重要我们一定要查。

4. When we finished the talking, we need write down the key things such as key words and key explanations in the small notebook for next reminding and keep growing 当聊天结束时，我们需要在小笔记本上记录今天所遇到学到的关键词关键表达以备记忆和更好进步
