1.Already modified the related 5S management item,when the daily impotant 5S checks  are running normally,must monitor whether operator puts all motor rivets into the tray with regarding to related 5S requirement or not.

Updated 5S requirements. Routinely check if all the motor rivets are laid in the plastic tray.

Revised Technological document. Request the operators to Perform 100% visual inspection while the computer performs inspection.

During production, operators shall place all the small metal pins, couplings, motor rivets, and switch rivets in corresponding trays. It is not allowed to place them on the workbench. All this is included in the 5S routine checklist as key elements.
