【聊聊体系标准】从诗<新嫁娘>中看八项基本原则

有人说《新嫁娘》这首诗短短20个字其实包含了八项基本原则的全部内容，我也觉得特别有意思，把偶地观念贴出来，也想听听大家的见解。

诗的原文：

三日入厨下， 洗手做羹汤。

未知姑食性，先遣小姑尝。

偶地理解如下：

未知姑食性，要迎合婆婆的口味，体现了以顾客为关注焦点；

婆婆在家地位高，婆婆的喜好引导着新嫁娘的行动，体现了领导作用；

偶还有一个理解，就是新嫁娘将要主持家里的日常事物，也可算是领导，而新嫁娘“先遣小姑尝“也充分体现了领导确定“组织内部职责”作用。   

自己做羹，小姑尝口味，每个人都参与了，体现了全员参与；  

先由小姑来尝，根据小姑实践的结果，决定给婆婆或重做，体现了基于事实的决策方法；  

小姑尝后，如觉得口味不行，新嫁娘要重做加以改进，体现了持续改进； 

三日入厨下，洗手做羹汤。描述了做羹的过程，体现了过程方法；  

从做羹到试尝到最终决定，形成PDCA循环，体现了系统的管理方法；  

新嫁娘初进婆家门小心翼翼，通过做羹来讨好婆婆，以达到与婆婆和谐相处的目的，体现了与供方互利的原则；
