職責:
• 根据市场的变化规律与客户的特定需求,制定每月销售计划并落实到销售业务中
• 开发并建立多途径的销售手段,形成全方位的销售服务
• 负责了解客户需求,积极主动跟进与客户沟通,提供满足客户需求的个人定制服务方案
• 负责提供高端客户的私人定制服务的电话咨询与跟踪服务
• 按时上交客户定制服务进程报告,做好客户档案管理工作
• 与客户建立良好的合作关系,并进行维护,形成长期稳定合作关系
• 面对有难度的客户,协助销售代表作出实务指导以促成单源
• 负责销售团队组建,建立、发展并培养销售队伍
• 激励团队成员,充分发挥各成员的专长以完成销售计划
• 定期对销售代表进行销售礼仪,谈判技巧及销售业务培训
任職要求:
• 市场营销、旅游管理或航空等相关专业本科及以上学历优先
• 至少3年以上相关行业经验,有高档俱乐部会员卡,高端旅游市场和海外升学投资销售经验,有游艇俱乐部或私人飞机销售经验者优先
• 了解高端服务领域或者高端时尚产品服务领域,对市场、品牌、时尚、奢侈品有较深领悟,熟悉国内高端客户人群的生活方式者优先
• 拥有优秀的过往销售业绩
• 敏锐的市场意识和较强的商务谈判能力
• 良好的职业操守和素质,高度的敬业精神和团队意识,综合素质高
• 较强的沟通协调、语言表达能力和应变能力
• 学习能力强,乐于与人分享经验及经历。
• 有强烈的进取心,能吃苦,能够在较大压力下完成工作任务;出众的时间管理能力

Responsibilities:
As a sales manager, you will be responsible for
• Monthly sales plan and ensuring the implementation of the plan, according to the market variation and specific customer requirements.
• Establishing and developing multi-channel sales methods to ensure meeting all-type’s sales requirement.
• Mastering and fulfilling clients’ tailor-made required service by proactively approaching and communicating with clients.
• Taking high-end clients’ tailor-made service calls and ensuring timely clients’ service follow-up.
• Timely submitting client service plan processing report and ensuring clients’ record management.
• Developing strong relationships with client to ensure long-term partnership.
• Assisting sales representative in negotiating and completing the deal with tough client.
• Sales team building and development.
• Meeting sales target by motivating team members and bringing their talent into full play.
• Sales etiquette, technique and practice training for sales representative regularly.
Qualifications Experience & Type of Individual Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Tourism Management, Aviation or related discipline is preferred
• At least 3 year’s sales related experience, high-end club membership card, high-end travel, oversea investment and education, yacht or private jet sales experience is high desired
• Familiar with high-end product market, deeply comprehension in marketing, branding, fashion or luxury products, and sound understanding in high-end consumers’ way of life is preferred
• Proven business development and sales track record
• Strong market awareness and business negotiation ability
• Excellent working ethic, professional dedication and team spirit with comprehensive quality
• Exceptional interpersonal, oral communication and adaptation skills.
• Strong learning ability and willingness to share self-experience and story
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work under huge pressure to deadlines with exceptional time management
