This position is for Sr. Manager - China Operations Central Finance team.
Responsibilities include:

1) Manage a team regional finance controllers for a network of 15 current fulfillment centers across mainland China. Each regional controller has several direct reports, typically one for each fulfillment center.
2) Develop process improvements to scale the ability of the FC Finance Team to manage increasingly large data sets and complex regional financial inputs and produce accurate, relevant and low-touch customer centric financial reports. Provide in-depth and insightful analysis to highlight trends and understand business drivers of cost variances to plan. Use analysis to influence the decision making process of the management team.

3) Work closely with FP&A to support development of the forecast (OP1&2) and the outlook process (R&O), including driving deliverables requirements, helping to develop and communicate Ops finance calendar and delivering detail level reporting to the FC and Regional Ops business partners.
4) Review capital asset and other expenditures to ensure that cost vs. benefit is clearly articulated to substantiate the requests and controls steps are being followed. Continuously drive standardization and simplification of processes and raise the knowledge and skill level of local business partners in making such requests.
5) Collaborate with external teams such as Transportations, Supply Chain, and Retail to drive improvement projects that require coordination between organizations. Continually looks for opportunities to drive inefficiency and cost out of the business and foster a culture of frugality throughout FC operations.
6) Have an ability to adjust to a rapidly evolving business environment, which includes assuming new responsibilities and proactively addressing issues as they arise with effective solutions.
