岗位职责：

-Responsible for facility and equipment management, which may include, generation/review of the facility management system per the quality requirement, generation and implementation of facility annual maintenance plan, management of facility vendors, coordination of facility repair activities, etc.
-Provide professional operations engineering and process re-engineering service support to the Operations as well as the other functional departments, with the aim to continuously improve processes.
-Support and coordinate EHS implementation following global guidelines and procedures. This may include:
- Develop and implement site wide health, safety, environment. and emergency management programs designed to respond to potential situations to enhance site overall business continuity and site safety
-Take action/steps to identify, assess and recommend control measures or corrective and preventive action(s) for environmental health and safety concerns.
Manage site hazardous wastes, spill response, hazardous materials treatment, other environmental compliance programs
-Develop training materials on safety and health related subjects as needed, work with training department to develop and deploy educational EHS information.
-Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments that apply to tasks, departments, and the overall site that includes, but is not limited to chemical use, machine safeguarding, ergonomics, walking-working surfaces, material handling, etc. to reduce risk, promote regulatory compliance and prevent work-related injuries and illnesses.
-Conduct EHS audits, self-assessments, and inspections at site to ensure EHS regulatory and company compliance.
-Engage in change management activities that include providing proactive guidance and recommendation for new equipment, ergonomic correct line set up’s, procurement and disposal of environmentally friendly products.
-Assist in EHS record-keeping requirements to ensure compliance.
-Keep up-to-date on current local regulations, legislation and in EHS codes and regulations
-Other duties as assigned.

任职资格的具体描述：

-College, or above degree in either of the following disciplines: Engineering on Civil/Structure, HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical or Plumbing, Property Management.
-At least 4 years practical experience in facility management and at least 2 years on EHS management
-Contract and subcontractor management preferred
-On-the-job knowledge of Health Safety and Environmental.
-Proactive, passion to service customers, positive, forward thinking, goal oriented ability to anticipate customer needs, resourcefulness in generating new business, attention to details, responsive.
-Ethical with personal and professional integrity.
-Good oral and written communication skills required in both Mandarin and English.
-Software competency: Strong on MS Office
