The Process Engineer is to provide standards and procedures in all metallurgical functions and processes; monitor process procedures, and initiate changes to improve the quality, meeting or surpassing customer and/or ME standards, striving for best methods, increasing efficiency and reducing costs.

Nature and Scope
The Process Engineer will monitor, analyze and report on all phases of the manufacturing process to ensure proper procedures and methods are being utilized to produce the highest quality casting that meets or exceeds customer and or ME standards.
工艺工程师应监督、分析并汇报制造流程的所有工序，确保使用正确的工艺规程和方法，从而生产出超越客户以及ME-Elecmetal需求的高品质铸件。
The Process Engineer is responsible for developing, installing and maintaining procedures and statistical techniques; for maintaining a liaison between sand, metallurgical and chemical control, heat treating and all production teams; to coordinate process controls and standards procedures activities at each phase of manufacturing process; for analyzing production limitations and standards and recommending revisions of specifications when indicated to improve quality of product and/or processes. This position is responsible for the operation, maintenance, repair and calibration of all lab equipment, standards, and supplies.
工艺工程师负责开发、安装和维护规程并进行统计；建立并维护型砂、冶炼、化学控制和热处理等作业小组之间的联系；协调制造过程中每道工序的工艺控制和流程标准化；当需要提升产品质量或者改进制造工艺时，对产品限制、标准和推荐规范进行分析研究。该职位负责实验室设备、标准文件和易耗品的操作、维护和维修。
Principal Accountabilities
1. Coordinates with Production Scheduler and communicates with Team Leaders
协调联系生产计划员和组长。
2. Assist with the ISO QM System by ensuring conformance in the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 standards applicable to the Tempe plant.
协助ISO 质保体系，履行并维护工厂里ISO 9001质量管理体系的实施。
3. Updates files on AS/400.
AS/400系统中的文件更新。
4. Maintains files, reports, inventories, etc.
保存所有文件、报告、清单等资料。
5. Coordinates production schedules and reports from Team Leaders.
协调生产计划并向组长汇报。
Position Qualifications
The incumbent must have a 4 year degree in a related Engineering discipline with 1-3 years working in a heavy industrial environment.
至少4年制工科学位，1~3年从事重工业方面的工作经验。
