我们要尽可能掌握多的信息，了解尽可能多的实际情况，才能有自己的判断。在这个过程中，对于工作和自己的职业规划才会有不一样的认识。

从一线和基层的工作开始，通过自己的努力，结合个人的实际情况，转为管理职。初期主要从事一线的管理工作，后来慢慢转为部门管理职，公司管理职工作。当然，在从事管理职的工作的同时，我也兼做一些具体的项目和工作。

当然，品质管理方面的工作，不太可能有纯粹的管理职工作，至少在制造行业是这样，从事管理职工作的同时也要兼带处理很多工作中的琐事。如果是在大公司，分工明确，有相应的资源可能会好些。
