如果是进入欧美企业，英语是基本的要求

外语的掌握程度，从对应工作的角度来说，至少要能读懂，会写邮件，基本的口语交流没有问题。有了一定的基础，后续的提高就看自己的努力和实际工作中应用的程度了。
从发展的角度来看，语言是工具也是桥梁，掌握了会看到不一样的世界。
